Utilities Including Fire Service
The Town of Boswell is served by NIPSCO for electric and gas. Telephone service is handled by AT&T. Water and sewer is maintained by the Town of Boswell. Trash collection is weekly.
The town also has a volunteer fire department with modern equipment including two 2003 fire trucks and a new brush fire fighting truck. Boswell is protected by a town marshal and deputy. Boswell also has backup from area police departments and the Benton County Sheriff’s Department. There are several nearby hospitals and Boswell has its own EMT service with two EMTs on duty at all times. |
